Having spent the past 8 years heading up Corporate and SME Debt Restructuring Teams
for two major Financial Institutions, Eugene, has a particular expertise in this area.
He can restructure debts in a manner that is consistent with the Financial Institutions
debt restructuring strategy, with a view to finding suitable outcomes for
both the borrower and the Financial Institution.

45 years of Credit Analysis and Investment experience.
For each project or Investment proposal, we analyse the investment proposal
and arrange the appropriate finance package; being equity,
mezzanine finance or senior debt.
